It’s that time of year again when the WWE Universe learns of WWE’s spring cleaning as multiple superstars are released from their contracts.

Fightful Select has confirmed multiple releases occurred during this week’s SmackDown.

According to PWInsider the former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal stated that he quit the company when in actuality he was released from his contract and does indeed have a 90 day compete clause.
