”Speedball” Mike Bailey made his TNA debut back in 2022 as part of the Countdown to Hard To Kill preshow. Bailey had signed with the company after impressing now former TNA President Scott D’Amore in a match with Josh Alexander at Destiny Wrestling’s Raising Hell event.

Since signing with TNA Bailey is a former X-Division Champion and won four TNA year end awards (two X-Division Star of the Year and two Match of the Year).

Most recently Bailey has been teaming up with former NXT UK Tag Team Champion Trent Seven and collectively known as Speedball Mountain. Since becoming a team they have unsuccessfully challenged The System (Brian Myers & Eddie Edwards) for the TNA World Tag Team Championship at Rebellion. Along with Broken Matt Hardy they came up short against The System in the main event of the TNA Plus Special Under Siege.

According to Fightful Select Bailey’s contract with the company runs through the end of 2024. When he signed back in 2022 it was revealed to be a multi year deal.

Once Bailey becomes a free agent there will be multiple promotions including TNA looking to sign him. TNA has been resigning their as of late.
