TNA Bound For Glory is where Leon Slater finds out whether giving up the X-Division Championship was the right call. Tonight, he challenges Nic Nemeth for the World Championship with the chance to become the youngest man to hold it. Nemeth enters with two championships and every reason to keep Slater chasing. The Hardys have their own problem: Joseph Sawyer and Samuel Shaw have attacked them repeatedly, and tonight’s fight with syX can go anywhere in the building. Mustafa Ali faces the men who stopped taking his orders, while Allie and Kiera Hogan defend their Knockouts World Tag Team Championships against Zoey Serrano and the arriving Shayna Baszler. Slater, Indi Hartwell and Ricky Sosa all have a chance to leave with the biggest win of their TNA careers. Their matches give this card its strongest reason to watch. Tonight’s show airs from the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida, at 4:30 p.m. ET on PPV and TNA+, following the Hall of Fame ceremony at 4 p.m. ET.
Here is everything advertised for tonight’s show

Slater is my pick to leave Bound For Glory with the World Championship. He already fought his way back to the X-Division title by beating Cedric Alexander in a Last Man Standing steel cage match at Lockdown on August 23. Then he surrendered it through Option C to get this match. That decision gives tonight a cost: Slater put a championship he had won back on the table because he believed he could beat Nemeth.
Nemeth can slow Slater down and draw him into mistakes. Slater’s speed can change the match quickly, but reaching the Swanton 450 against a champion this experienced should take work. His biggest challenge at Bound For Glory will be keeping his composure when Nemeth frustrates him.
The no-contact restriction has kept their fight waiting for Bound For Glory. Thursday left Slater down after a blackout, with the attack unseen and Nemeth denying involvement. I would be disappointed if that mystery buries the title match under interference. Slater winning gives TNA a younger wrestler to build its main events around. Another defeat leaves him needing more than a speech about being the future.
The Hardys against syX should be the wildest fight on the card. No disqualifications and falls anywhere give Matt and Jeff room to get revenge, but those rules also let Sawyer and Shaw continue the attacks that brought them here. The Hardys are entering Bound For Glory after losing Thursday’s tag-title rematch when the flickering lights distracted them. They will have to fight syX without the championship defense they had hoped to add.
Sawyer and Shaw’s claim that TNA needs to be torn apart is a big statement for a newly revealed team. The Hardys have the reputation to make beating them count. The reliance on blackouts has been less convincing. Samuel Shaw’s October 1 promo drew “what?” chants; this presentation still has people to win over.
Bound For Glory is syX’s chance to win that attention in the ring. I would give Sawyer and Shaw the victory, provided The Hardys make them fight for it. Matt and Jeff can absorb a loss here. syX losing after repeatedly ambushing the brothers would make those threats harder to take seriously. Another lights-out finish would waste rules that already allow almost anything.
The Order 4 Way could be the most unpredictable championship match at Bound For Glory. Ali can count on none of his challengers, and his International Championship can change hands without him being pinned. Jason Hotch and John Skyler have reunited as The Great Hands, but tonight each has an individual title opportunity. Their cooperation could get them past Ali or Zero, then become a problem when both want the same pin.
Special Agent Zero is the biggest obstacle to that plan. Tasha Steelz has shown she can direct him, including against Ali. Zero attacking Mila Moore also gives Skyler a personal reason to fight him. Ali’s former followers have competing interests, and that could be his best chance to escape with the belt.
Thursday’s final meeting explained those divisions. Hotch brought up Ali involving his wife and daughter, Skyler made clear that Moore comes before his former loyalty, and Steelz rejected the sacrifices she and Zero had made for the group. I want to see who stays together once the belt is within reach. Zero winning would give Steelz’s takeover a substantial reward; Hotch or Skyler winning would let one of the men Ali kept beneath him leave with his championship.
Hartwell should take Brookside’s Knockouts World Championship at Bound For Glory. Her failed challenge last year, their former friendship and Daria Rae’s obstruction have given this pursuit enough history. Another opportunity that ends with Hartwell beaten down or cheated would be a difficult sell.
Brookside has a clear target in Hartwell’s injuries. The attack by Brookside and Serrano left Hartwell out of action on Thursday, with clearance expected for the pay-per-view. I expect the champion to exploit that damage and force Hartwell to wrestle through it. That gives Hartwell a physical obstacle as well as a personal score to settle.
Their NXT battle royal exchange supplied a useful reason to believe Hartwell can do it: she eliminated Brookside before the champion retaliated from the floor and pulled her out. Tonight, Brookside has to put her championship at risk. I am picking Hartwell to finish the chase.
Allie and Kiera Hogan enter tonight as the reigning TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions. Baszler’s arrival makes their defense against her and Serrano a much more serious fight than the short notice suggests. The challengers already know one another from the Pure Fusion Collective, and Baszler’s submissions give them a direct way to take a champion out of the match.
Allie and Kiera Hogan’s best answer is their teamwork. They need to keep making tags and prevent Baszler from settling into control of one opponent. Serrano’s aggression can help the challengers take over, but it could also create an opening for the champions if she gets careless. That gives the champions a specific problem to solve at Bound For Glory.
I lean toward Baszler and Serrano winning at Bound For Glory. Allie and Kiera Hogan should push them, though. A quick squash would diminish the championships Baszler is arriving to challenge for. A competitive defense gives these teams a rivalry to continue.
M by Elegance and Elayna Black have unfinished business after Thursday’s time-limit draw, but no Knockouts Television Championship match is advertised for Bound For Glory.
The vacant X-Division Championship six-way could be Bound For Glory’s best straight wrestling match. Cedric Alexander, Rich Swann and KC Navarro can keep the action moving, while Fabian Aichner can stop that rhythm by catching somebody and making the landing hurt. His Thursday win over Navarro reinforced that advantage. Ryan Nemeth could steal a pin while the others do the fighting.
I would put the championship on Aichner. Slater’s move into the World Championship picture has opened a spot, and Aichner gives the division a powerful champion to chase. Alexander reclaiming it would also make sense. Both have more substance behind their cases than Ryan taking another shortcut.
BDE’s first TNA singles win earned him the final place. Winning the championship already would feel rushed. Surviving these opponents’ offense, creating an opening and coming close would give him something to build on after Bound For Glory.
Sosa should beat Edwards at Bound For Glory. Edwards has used his standing in TNA to question whether Sosa belongs, while The System has repeatedly made proving that harder. Sosa’s tag-match pin over Alexander showed he can compete at this level. Tonight is the chance to earn a singles win people remember.
Edwards should test Sosa’s composure when he starts taking shortcuts or help becomes a factor. Sosa losing through interference would repeat the protection he received in the build. Beating Edwards would let TNA book him against established names without spending every week arguing that he belongs.
The Call Your Shot Gauntlet gives Bound For Glory a worthwhile story from its first entrance. Trey Miguel starts at No. 1, while Joe Alonzo has No. 20 after taking the pin in Thursday’s advantage match following AJ Francis’ offense. Miguel has the ability to survive a long stretch. Alonzo has the much easier route, and the satisfaction of watching him waste that advantage could be part of the fun.
Kazarian is the person I would watch most closely at Bound For Glory. He is pursuing a third consecutive Gauntlet victory while preparing Avery Styles for his debut in the same match. His own chance at a championship remains a reason to put himself first. Avery should keep that in mind if his mentor is standing beside him near the ropes.
Thursday’s Spiral Tap gave Avery a recognizable introduction. His Bound For Glory debut will show how he handles opponents crowding him and trying to eliminate him. The Righteous offering Harley Hudson protection adds another possible alliance. The winner needs to leave with a championship they intend to pursue.
Moose’s open challenge is the biggest unknown at Bound For Glory. He saved his TNA career against Kazarian last month. Whoever answers now gets a match with an established main-event wrestler and an immediate chance to impress. The opponent remains unannounced. The match should give Moose a direction after the fight to save his career.
What interests me about this card is how many wrestlers can change their standing tonight. Slater can become World Champion, Hartwell can finish her title chase, and Sosa can beat the veteran questioning his place. Order 4 can produce a champion outside Ali’s control. Bound For Glory is TNA’s biggest show. Some of those opportunities should turn into wins.
The Hall of Fame adds a fitting connection to that idea. ODB helped make the Knockouts a division with room for very different personalities. Amazing Red helped make the X-Division an attraction people sought out. Konnan helped wrestlers become stars through groups with a voice and a purpose. Tonight honors that work while giving another generation the chance to advance.
TNA Bound For Glory: Hall of Fame Class of 2026
ODB, Amazing Red and Konnan will be inducted during the ceremony beginning at 4 p.m. ET. All three have contributions that remain relevant to the championships and wrestlers on tonight’s card. Mickie James is also advertised to appear; she is separate from this year’s class.
ODB: A four-time Knockouts World Champion and former Knockouts World Tag Team Champion with Eric Young, ODB gave TNA a personality nobody could mistake for somebody else. Her roughhouse wrestling and comedy worked together because she remained believable when a championship was at stake. Her induction was announced at Rebellion on April 11 after she teamed with Mickie James and Taryn Terrell against The Elegance Brand. Her success helped establish that a bruiser with a loud personality could be as valuable to the Knockouts as its more conventional stars.
Amazing Red: Red’s three X-Division Championship reigns are part of the record, but his influence goes further. His speed, inventive offense and ability to compete against larger wrestlers helped show what made early TNA worth watching. The Code Red remains one of the clearest examples of his work living on, while House of Glory extended his influence through teaching and developing talent. His induction was announced following his Ultimate X return at Slammiversary on June 28. With Slater challenging for the World Championship and a new X-Division champion being crowned, Bound For Glory is an appropriate place to recognize him.
Konnan: Konnan’s two NWA World Tag Team Championship reigns with 3 Live Kru sit alongside his greater contribution as the voice behind LAX. He helped give Homicide and Hernandez an identity that reached beyond their matches, then contributed to the later LAX era involving Santana and Ortiz. His Slammiversary induction announcement came through Mike Santana’s tribute, which made the effect of that mentorship clear. Tonight honors somebody who helped other wrestlers become important to an audience. His influence runs through several generations of TNA tag-team wrestling.
Final Thoughts
I am picking Slater and Hartwell because their title pursuits have reached the point where winning would do more for them than another delay. Sosa beating Edwards could give TNA a third important breakthrough tonight. The Hardys and syX should bring the violence, and the Order 4 Way has the relationships to make its outcome matter. Bound For Glory has enough on the card to earn the attention. The strongest finish would leave TNA with new champions to build around and younger challengers ready for their next step.

I’m the quiet one until the bell rings then I’ve got takes. I live for WWE NXT and TNA, I want every promotion to succeed, and I will absolutely roast the bad decisions on sight (because someone has to). Anime taught me to respect long-term storytelling; wrestling taught me that sometimes the plan is “we panicked” and called it “unpredictable.” The Miz got me into all of this, so yeah I appreciate confidence, commitment, and the art of talking like you’re already the main event. Now I bring that same energy to the page as the main writer for Late Night Crew Wrestling because if you’re not here to be must-see and tell the truth, why are you here?!
