- Templario defeated Black Tiger.
- Clara Carter was originally scheduled to face Lady Frost, but Masha Slamovich attacked Carter as she made her way out for the match.
- Masha Slamovich was introduced as the newest member of CONTRA Unit, took Clara Carter’s place in the scheduled match and defeated Lady Frost in her MLW debut.
- Killer Kross and Josh Bishop defeated Austin Aries and Místico in a tag team match featuring rivals being forced to team together.
MLW Fusion Tapings Spoilers — September 12, 2026
- Jazzy Yang defeated Clara Carter.
- Paul Walter Hauser defeated Cody Fluffman.
- LaBron Kozone defeated Diego Hill, Terry Yaki and Trevor Lee in a fatal four-way match.
- Cody Fluffman defeated an unidentified opponent.
- Joe Coffey defeated CJ Gallows in an MLW Southern Crown Championship match. Joe Coffey had previously defeated Trevor Lee for the championship at MLW’s June 13 Fusion tapings, although that title change had not yet aired when the September 12 Charleston tapings took place.
- Zamaya defeated Jazzy Yang and Corinne Joy in a three-way match.
- CONTRA Unit defeated Terry Yaki, SoFly Manny Lo, Chase Emery and Andrew Everett in an eight-man tag team match.
