Today it was reported by Wrestlevotes that WWE was changing the date and venue for the their upcoming NXT Battleground premium live event.
It is being reported that the PLE which was originally scheduled for Sunday May 26 at the Enmarket Arena in Savannah, Georgia will now take place on Sunday June 9th at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The UFC Apex is known for hosting weekly UFC Friday Night events.
Last year’s NXT Battleground PLE saw SmackDown superstar, Tiffany Stratton defeated current NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valykria in a tournament final to win the vacated NXT Women’s Championship.
