TNA Order 4 Implodes: Tasha Steelz Takes Control as Mustafa Ali’s Empire Collapses

Order 4 was supposed to bring structure to TNA. Instead, the faction spent nearly two years slowly proving that Mustafa Ali could demand loyalty from everyone around him without ever understanding what loyalty actually required from him.

That contradiction finally destroyed the group from the inside.

Last night on TNA iMPACT!, the long-running collapse of Order 4 reached its most important moment yet when Tasha Steelz revealed where Special Agent Zero’s allegiance truly lies. After months of Mustafa Ali losing control of Jason Hotch, John Skyler and Mila Moore, Ali discovered that even the faction’s most intimidating weapon was no longer his to command.

Steelz ordered Agent Zero to attack Ali.

He did.

Then she ordered him to destroy Mila Moore.

He did that too.

Steelz eventually stood beside Agent Zero holding Ali’s TNA International Championship while virtually every other piece of Order 4 lay around them.

It was a tremendous visual because it summarized the entire story without needing another speech from Ali.

Order 4 did not collapse because its members suddenly became disloyal.

It collapsed because Mustafa Ali spent too long confusing obedience with loyalty.

And now the championship Ali has increasingly treated as proof of his superiority will be defended at Bound For Glory against three men directly connected to the destruction of his own faction: Jason Hotch, John Skyler and Agent Zero.

The Birth of Order 4

The seeds were planted in early 2025 after Ali returned to TNA and began inserting himself into the problems of other wrestlers.

Jason Hotch and John Skyler were already established together as The Good Hands. Ali approached them during a period of frustration and sold them something bigger. They did not have to remain somebody else’s “good hands.” Under Ali’s leadership, they could become The Great Hands.

Tasha Steelz was vulnerable for entirely different reasons.

Steelz had been betrayed by Alisha Edwards and was frustrated with the direction of her career when Ali approached her. He presented himself as someone who understood what it felt like to give everything to people only to have that loyalty thrown back in your face.

On February 13, 2025, those pieces officially became Order 4.

Ali was the leader. Steelz became an essential political and physical presence. Hotch and Skyler were the muscle and tag-team backbone.

The presentation worked because Order 4 was never supposed to feel like four random heels standing together.

It was Mustafa Ali’s movement.

That distinction eventually became its biggest problem.

Order 4 Was Always Built Around Mustafa Ali

Ali preached structure, accountability and loyalty, but the faction operated on an obvious hierarchy.

Ali was at the top.

Everybody else existed underneath him.

The Great Hands interfered for him. Steelz interfered for him. They absorbed punishment for him. They created distractions for him. They helped turn singles matches into situations where opponents were essentially fighting an entire organization.

Order 4 scored meaningful victories and became increasingly difficult to deal with because beating Ali often meant surviving everybody around him first.

But when something went wrong, Ali’s definition of accountability rarely included himself.

That became increasingly obvious during 2025.

When Steelz lost to Indi Hartwell in June, Ali physically shoved Steelz afterward. Jason Hotch objected to how Ali treated her, and instead of respecting Hotch for defending another member of the group, Ali treated Hotch’s resistance as insubordination.

Ali defeated Hotch at Against All Odds, but the significance went beyond the result.

The first major crack had appeared.

Hotch had learned exactly what membership in Order 4 meant: loyalty flowed upward.

Respect did not necessarily flow back down.

Agent Zero Made Order 4 More Dangerous — And Eventually Made Its Collapse More Dangerous

Order 4 expanded again in the summer of 2025 when Agent Zero emerged as the monster of Ali’s operation.

It made perfect sense.

Hotch and Skyler could wrestle. Steelz could manipulate situations at ringside. Ali could talk, strategize and wrestle at the highest level. Agent Zero gave them something different: overwhelming force.

When Ali needed somebody destroyed, Agent Zero could destroy them.

That became the character’s purpose.

He was less a traditional member of Order 4 than its enforcement mechanism.

For more than a year, that distinction seemed harmless because everyone assumed the person controlling the weapon was Mustafa Ali.

Last night revealed otherwise.

And that is precisely why the Steelz turn matters so much.

She did not simply convince another wrestler to leave Ali.

She took control of the weapon Ali had spent more than a year pointing at everybody else.

Order 4 Survived Wars, But Never Fixed Its Internal Problem

Throughout late 2025 and into 2026, Order 4 remained a major presence.

They battled The System in Hardcore War at Bound For Glory. They fought The Rascalz. They went after The Hardys. They tangled with Cedric Alexander, Elijah and numerous other names throughout the roster.

There were wins. There were losses. There were chaotic faction fights and interference-heavy victories.

But underneath everything, the group’s identity remained dependent on Ali.

Order 4 could survive losing matches.

It could survive losing feuds.

It could survive being dragged into wars with other factions.

What it could not survive indefinitely was Ali’s belief that everyone else’s value depended on what they could do for Mustafa Ali.

That problem became impossible to ignore once the International Championship entered the center of the story.

The International Championship Changed Everything

Ali captured the TNA International Championship in April 2026 and gradually turned the title into something bigger than another accomplishment.

It became evidence, in Ali’s mind, that his leadership worked.

There was just one problem.

Nobody else in Order 4 was carrying championship gold.

By July, Ali was openly criticizing Steelz, Hotch and Skyler for failing to match his success.

That led to the “State of Order 4 Address.”

Rather than asking why the group had become dysfunctional, Ali blamed the people underneath him and introduced Mila Moore as the new Secretary of Strategic Affairs.

Moore was supposedly there to fix Order 4.

In reality, her arrival made the problem impossible to hide.

Steelz, Hotch and Skyler had spent more than a year beside Ali. Now another person had been inserted into the hierarchy specifically to monitor and correct them.

That was not leadership.

It was Ali creating another layer between himself and responsibility.

Then came the International Vote.

The TNA locker room would determine Ali’s next challenger.

The result was devastating for Ali’s worldview.

Jason Hotch got the opportunity.

And on July 30, Hotch beat Mustafa Ali to become TNA International Champion.

No technicality erased it.

No speech changed it.

The man Ali had repeatedly treated as a subordinate had defeated him and taken the championship that Ali used as evidence that he was superior to everyone else in Order 4.

That was the point of no return.

Jason Hotch Finally Chose Himself

Hotch’s evolution may be the most important individual story to emerge from Order 4.

For a long time, he was one half of The Great Hands and one of Ali’s most dependable soldiers.

Then he started pushing back.

Ali’s treatment of Steelz bothered him.

Ali’s obsession with control bothered him.

And after Hotch became International Champion, Ali made the conflict disturbingly personal.

Ali inserted himself around Hotch’s family and framed Hotch’s success as something that existed because Ali allowed it to exist. He portrayed himself as the reason Hotch’s family enjoyed the life they had.

That was Ali’s character stripped down to its ugliest logic.

Even Hotch’s greatest accomplishment supposedly belonged to Ali.

Hotch wanted out.

He asked John Skyler to come with him.

Skyler initially refused.

The Great Hands effectively fractured because Ali had finally forced the two longtime partners into different directions.

At Lockdown, Ali challenged Hotch inside a steel cage and regained the International Championship.

The match came with a very real physical price for Ali, who suffered fractured ribs and a punctured lung.

Ali got his championship back.

He did not get his faction back.

John Skyler Was Trapped Between Order 4 and His Brother

Skyler’s story was quieter but arguably more complicated.

Hotch and Skyler had existed together before Order 4.

Their partnership was not something Ali created.

Ali merely absorbed it.

That became crucial once Hotch rebelled.

Ali demanded that Skyler prove his loyalty by facing Hotch. But Hotch made it clear that their relationship meant more than Order 4 politics.

They were family.

That left Skyler trying to exist in an organization demanding that he treat his closest partner like an enemy.

Ali ultimately asked too much.

And when Mila Moore finally decided she had enough, Skyler went with her.

Last night completed the reconciliation.

Before facing Ali and Agent Zero, Hotch questioned why Skyler had stayed when Hotch left but immediately followed Moore out of Order 4.

Skyler’s explanation exposed how much the faction had consumed him.

Order 4 had become his family.

Then he found something outside of it worth choosing.

When Hotch ultimately joined Skyler for the match, The Great Hands were effectively reunited—not because Order 4 repaired them, but because they had finally escaped the structure that separated them.

Mila Moore Was Brought In to Fix a Problem Mustafa Ali Refused to Admit He Created

Moore’s tenure is one of the smartest pieces of the story in hindsight.

Ali introduced her because Order 4 supposedly needed accountability.

But what happened once Moore spent enough time inside the group to understand how it operated?

She left.

That says everything.

The person brought in to fix Order 4 eventually concluded that staying inside Order 4 was no longer worth it.

Even worse for Ali, Moore took Skyler with her.

Ali responded exactly as expected.

He insulted them.

He tried to control them.

He sent Agent Zero after them.

Every reaction proved Moore’s decision correct.

Tasha Steelz Was Standing There the Entire Time

That brings everything back to Tasha Steelz.

Steelz was one of the original members.

She was there before Agent Zero.

She was there before Mila Moore.

She watched Ali mistreat Hotch.

She experienced Ali’s disrespect herself.

Then Moore arrived and effectively occupied a position that diminished Steelz’s standing inside the group.

Last week provided the final insult.

During Ali’s International Championship defense against Jason Hotch and Trey Miguel, Ali pulled Steelz into the path of Hotch’s attack to protect himself.

Afterward, Ali initially helped her—only to drop her so he could celebrate with his championship.

Ali once recruited Steelz by presenting himself as someone who understood betrayal.

Eventually, he became exactly the type of person he claimed he was protecting her from.

Last night, Steelz answered.

The Moment Mustafa Ali Realized Agent Zero Wasn’t His Anymore

Ali and Agent Zero defeated Hotch and Skyler when Ali forced Skyler to submit.

Ali refused to release the Sharpshooter.

Hotch intervened.

Then came the moment that changed everything.

Ali ordered Agent Zero to attack.

Zero hesitated.

Steelz gave the command.

Zero obeyed.

Ali immediately recognized the problem.

The monster he thought belonged to him was listening to somebody else.

Steelz pointed toward Ali.

Agent Zero flattened him.

Then Steelz ordered Zero to attack Mila Moore, making it clear this was not Steelz joining Hotch, Skyler and Moore.

This was something different.

Tasha Steelz had chosen herself.

She stood beside Agent Zero and raised the International Championship.

That image was more important than simply turning on Mustafa Ali.

For nearly the entire existence of Order 4, Ali was the person in the middle while everyone else orbited around him.

Last night, Ali was on the ground.

Steelz was standing.

Order 4 Hasn’t Just Broken Up — Its Entire Hierarchy Has Been Reversed

This is why calling the story an Order 4 breakup does not completely capture what happened.

Jason Hotch rejected Ali.

Mila Moore rejected Ali.

John Skyler eventually rejected Ali.

Tasha Steelz rejected Ali.

Agent Zero stopped obeying Ali.

Every important relationship inside Order 4 has now collapsed around the same person.

At some point, the common denominator becomes impossible to ignore.

Ali built a faction around the idea that he alone knew what was best for everyone.

Eventually everyone decided they knew what was best for themselves.

That is the real death of Order 4.

What Does This Mean for Mustafa Ali?

Ali enters Bound For Glory in the worst possible position.

He remains International Champion, but the infrastructure that repeatedly protected him has disappeared.

Hotch knows him.

Skyler knows him.

Agent Zero knows him.

All three have spent significant time fighting beside him.

And because the championship will be defended in a four-way, Ali does not necessarily have to be pinned or submitted to lose it.

That creates the perfect consequence for his character.

For years, Ali used numbers to make life impossible for his opponents.

At Bound For Glory, the numbers finally work against him.

Jason Hotch Has the Strongest Claim to Prove His Championship Wasn’t an Accident

Hotch has already done the one thing nobody else in this match can claim.

He beat Ali for the International Championship.

His reign only lasted until Lockdown, where Ali regained the belt, but Hotch does not need theoretical proof that he can become champion.

He has already done it.

Winning at Bound For Glory would accomplish something bigger.

It would establish that his first championship victory was not simply one extraordinary night.

More importantly, it would complete his transformation from Ali’s subordinate into a legitimate singles wrestler with an identity beyond Order 4 and The Great Hands.

John Skyler Finally Has an Opportunity That Belongs to John Skyler

Skyler may benefit more than anyone from the four-way.

For years, he has been defined by associations.

The Good Hands.

The Great Hands.

Order 4.

Jason Hotch’s partner.

Mustafa Ali’s soldier.

Mila Moore’s ally.

Bound For Glory gives him something different: an opportunity to win a singles championship for himself.

Even if Skyler does not leave as champion, TNA cannot afford to make his participation feel ornamental.

The entire point of his recent character arc has been finding an identity outside Ali’s control.

He needs to emerge from this program feeling more important than he did entering it.

Agent Zero Is No Longer Just Mustafa Ali’s Weapon

Agent Zero may be the biggest wildcard.

For most of his Order 4 run, his characterization was straightforward.

Point him at someone.

Let him destroy them.

Now the person pointing is Tasha Steelz.

That immediately creates a different future for both characters.

If Steelz becomes the strategist and mouthpiece while Agent Zero becomes her destructive force, TNA suddenly has a pairing that can exist independently of Ali.

And if Agent Zero wins the International Championship, Steelz will have done something even more damaging to Ali than simply betraying him.

She will have taken his weapon and used it to take his championship.

Tasha Steelz May Have Won Without Entering the Match

Steelz is not competing for the International Championship at Bound For Glory, but she may be the most important person surrounding it.

For most of Order 4’s existence, she sacrificed her own momentum to support Ali’s.

Now she finally possesses leverage.

Agent Zero listens to her.

Ali knows it.

Everyone else knows it.

The question is whether Steelz genuinely wants Agent Zero to become champion or whether the International Championship itself represents power she intends to control indirectly.

Either possibility gives Steelz more purpose than simply standing at ringside while Ali tells everyone what to do.

Mila Moore’s Next Step Matters Too

Moore does not have to remain attached to this story forever.

Her purpose inside Order 4 has effectively been fulfilled.

She was brought in to repair the faction and instead became another person who realized the faction’s fundamental problem could not be repaired while Ali remained in control.

Her relationship with Skyler gives TNA another direction, but Moore should also retain her own agency.

Otherwise, escaping Order 4 only to become somebody else’s supporting character defeats part of what made her exit meaningful.

The International Championship Has Become the Physical Representation of Order 4’s Civil War

This may ultimately be the best thing to happen to the International Championship.

The belt is no longer simply something Ali carries.

It now has history connecting every man in the Bound For Glory match.

Ali believes it validates him.

Hotch has already taken it from him.

Skyler spent months being forced to choose between the champion and his closest friend.

Agent Zero has gone from protecting Ali’s reign to potentially ending it.

And Steelz held the championship above the wreckage last night without even being one of the challengers.

That gives the title something every secondary championship needs.

A story bigger than “I want your belt.”

Final Thoughts

Order 4 began with Mustafa Ali promising structure to people searching for direction.

It ends—or at least reaches its current breaking point—with those same people discovering that Ali’s version of structure only worked while nobody questioned him.

Jason Hotch questioned him first.

John Skyler eventually chose something outside him.

Mila Moore tried to repair the organization and walked away from it.

Tasha Steelz endured enough humiliation to stop taking orders altogether.

And Agent Zero, the seemingly unquestioning muscle of the entire operation, ultimately exposed how little control Ali actually had.

That is what made last night’s revelation work.

Tasha Steelz did not need a long explanation.

She pointed.

Agent Zero attacked.

For a faction built around Mustafa Ali giving orders, there could not have been a more appropriate way for his empire to collapse.

Now Ali heads to Bound For Glory carrying the International Championship into a match created almost entirely by the enemies he made inside his own organization.

For nearly two years, Order 4 existed because everyone was expected to trust Mustafa Ali.

At Bound For Glory, Ali finally has to survive without being able to trust anybody.
