Attacking Choo accomplished the opposite.

It does not automatically make her the right person to end Brookside’s reign.

Myers mocked the injury that previously removed Navarro from action and described The System as TNA’s gatekeepers. The group then attacked Navarro before Leon Slater, Ricky Sosa and Fabian Aichner made the save.

That belief becomes less convincing every time the group needs a numbers advantage.

Hartwell defeated Thea Hail last week after surviving repeated attacks to her arm. Stone then upset Jody Threat, giving the tournament its first result that genuinely felt unpredictable.
Heather enters tonight with The Elegance Brand pursuing multiple championships.
Heather and M by Elegance already have another Knockouts World Tag Team Championship match against DemonXBunny at Lockdown. Advancing in the tournament would move the group closer to controlling another title.

Francis should not need much help defeating The Home Town Man.
The more important development is what happens around the match.
Elijah and Francis already have a simple conflict. Francis repeatedly uses other people and hides selfish behavior behind exaggerated concern. Elijah sees through it and refuses to let him control another situation.
That is enough to build a steel-cage match.
TNA does not need to overcomplicate it.
Francis needs to leave tonight looking dangerous rather than comedic. The Home Town Man can create unpredictability, but the segment must end with Elijah having a stronger reason to want Francis trapped inside the cage at Lockdown.
The Righteous Break Their Silence
Vincent and Dutch will speak for the first time since disappearing after the Righteous Deletion.
The Hardys believed they ended the rivalry at the Hardy Compound.
That should mean something.
The Righteous cannot return unchanged, repeat another cryptic speech and move directly into an unrelated tag-team program.
The entire purpose of the Righteous Deletion was to break the group psychologically and force Vincent and Dutch to confront something they could not control.
Their disappearance suggested the match had consequences.
Tonight must confirm it.
The Righteous should look damaged, transformed or more dangerous than before. Any direction can work as long as the Hardy Compound experience actually changed them.
A supernatural story does not need to explain every detail.
It still needs progression.
The worst possible outcome would be The Righteous acting as though nothing happened.
Jason Hotch’s International Championship Victory Changed Order 4
Jason Hotch defeating Mustafa Ali for the International Championship was the biggest development from last week’s Impact.
Ali allowed the locker room to select his next challenger.
Hotch received the opportunity despite Ali clearly believing that one of his own Order 4 followers should refuse to challenge him.
That expectation revealed how Ali truly viewed the group.
Order 4 was never built around equality. It was built around everyone protecting Ali’s position while pretending they were part of something larger.
Hotch finally chose himself.
The match became increasingly chaotic as John Skyler, Tasha Steelz and Mila Moore became involved around ringside. Ali’s demand that Order 4 remain present without interfering ultimately created the confusion that cost him the championship.
Hotch survived, found his opening and completed one of the biggest upsets TNA has delivered this year.
The victory worked because it was not presented as a random shock.
Hotch fought for his family, ignored Ali’s pressure and finally stopped accepting a role where loyalty only moved in one direction.
The title change should destroy the existing structure of Order 4.

That is how a championship rematch should be earned.
Slater did not receive another opportunity because the promotion needed something for him to do. He pinned the champion and made a direct challenge.
Alexander rejected the idea before The System attacked KC Navarro later in the show.
That decision connected the X-Division Championship to the larger generational conflict.
Alexander can continue calling himself a fighting champion, but refusing Slater after being pinned makes the championship reign look protected rather than dominant.

The numbers eventually became impossible to overcome.
Allie used the championship belt and caused the disqualification, allowing DemonXBunny to retain without providing an actual conclusion.
A Lockdown rematch was then made official.

Rosemary’s disappearance is the bigger story.
TNA needs to explain whether Rosemary abandoned Allie, was taken by someone or is dealing with the consequences of recent encounters involving The Righteous and the Hardy Compound.
