WWE Reveals Full 2026 King & Queen Of The Ring Tournament Brackets Following Clash In Italy: Fatal Four-Way First-Round Matches Set

The road out of today’s WWE Clash In Italy premium live event immediately turned toward Night of Champions during the post-show, as WWE officially revealed the complete brackets for the 2026 King of the Ring and Queen of the Ring tournaments.

Both tournaments will feature 16 competitors, but WWE is changing the opening-round structure in a major way. Instead of beginning with traditional singles matches, each first-round matchup will be a Fatal Four-Way. The winner of each match advances to the semifinals, cutting the field from 16 wrestlers to four in a single round and creating several unpredictable matchups across the men’s and women’s divisions.

The format allows WWE to load each opening-round match with multiple credible contenders while protecting wrestlers in defeat. Only one competitor has to take the pinfall or submission, which opens the door for surprise winners, temporary alliances, storyline developments and chaotic finishes without immediately weakening everyone who fails to advance.

Here is the full King of the Ring tournament bracket

  • WWE Intercontinental Champion Penta vs. Oba Femi vs. Solo Sikoa vs. Carmelo Hayes
  • AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio vs. WWE World Tag Team Champion Bron Breakker vs. WWE United States Champion Trick Williams vs. WWE Tag Team Champion Damian Priest
  • Seth Rollins vs. Je’Von Evans vs. Talla Tonga vs. Ricky Saints
  • Jey Uso vs. LA Knight vs. Royce Keys vs. Finn Bálor

The men’s side is stacked with a strong balance of established names, rising stars and wrestlers who can benefit significantly from a deep tournament run.

Seth Rollins, Jey Uso, LA Knight, Finn Bálor and Damian Priest immediately stand out as proven names who can realistically win the entire tournament. Bron Breakker remains one of WWE’s most dangerous young stars, while Penta, Carmelo Hayes, Solo Sikoa and Oba Femi give the opening round a mix of speed, explosiveness and power.

The first-round Fatal Four-Way featuring Penta, Oba Femi, Solo Sikoa and Carmelo Hayes may be the most intriguing match on the men’s side. Each wrestler brings a completely different style, and the format creates the possibility of several major collisions without requiring WWE to give away a clean singles result.

The tournament also gives wrestlers such as Je’Von Evans, Ricky Saints, Trick Williams and Royce Keys an opportunity to gain exposure in a meaningful setting. Even if they do not advance, strong performances against established stars can elevate their standing and create new rivalries moving forward.

Here is the full Queen of the Ring tournament bracket

  • WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan vs. Becky Lynch vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Chelsea Green
  • WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Sol Ruca vs. Lyra Valkyria vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Jade Cargill
  • Roxanne Perez vs. IYO SKY vs. Giulia vs. Lash Legend
  • Bayley vs. Raquel Rodriguez vs. Jacy Jayne vs. Kiana James

The Queen of the Ring bracket may be even more unpredictable.

Liv Morgan, Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair, IYO SKY and Bayley provide immediate star power. Jade Cargill and Raquel Rodriguez give the field two dominant physical threats, while Roxanne Perez, Giulia, Lash Legend, Sol Ruca, Lyra Valkyria, Jacy Jayne and Kiana James bring a strong mix of rising talent and potential breakout performances.

Liv Morgan, Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss and Chelsea Green is the type of Fatal Four-Way that can produce several different outcomes without feeling forced. The same is true for Roxanne Perez, IYO SKY, Giulia and Lash Legend, which may be the most compelling opening-round match in either tournament from an in-ring perspective.

Sol Ruca, Lyra Valkyria, Charlotte Flair and Jade Cargill is another loaded matchup. Flair and Cargill enter as major threats, but the Fatal Four-Way structure gives Ruca and Valkyria a realistic path to advance without needing to overpower either one in a traditional singles match.

Analysis

The Fatal Four-Way opening round is a smart way to make the tournaments feel different from a standard bracket.

Traditional one-on-one tournament matches often provide cleaner storytelling and give wrestlers more room to stand out individually. However, this format creates urgency immediately. Every match has multiple storylines, every finish carries more uncertainty and every opening-round bout can generate follow-up feuds involving wrestlers who never directly factor into the decision.

It also allows WWE to showcase a large portion of the roster while keeping the tournaments moving at a fast pace. Instead of spending several weeks working through 16 singles matches across both divisions, WWE can quickly establish the semifinal fields and focus on the most important stories heading into Night of Champions.

The biggest strength of both brackets is that neither feels completely predictable. There are obvious favorites, but nearly every first-round match contains at least two wrestlers who could realistically advance. That uncertainty gives WWE room to create surprises without sacrificing credibility.

Today’s Clash In Italy premium live event may be over, but the post-show reveal made it clear that WWE is already moving directly into its next major chapter. The 2026 King and Queen of the Ring tournaments now have their full fields, their opening-round matchups and a structure designed to create chaos from the very beginning.
