Could we see the first ever international WrestleMania in the UK?
The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan recently spoke with MyLondon about England’s capital being the host of WrestleMania if reelected on May 2:
“If I’m re-elected on 2 May, I’m determined to go even further and fully cement London’s reputation as the undisputed sports capital of the world. I believe that London has the potential to host the first international WrestleMania.”
UK fans have been clamoring for WWE to bring WrestleMania to London for decades. It was recently teased by the 16 time world champion John Cena himself at last year’s Money In The Bank.
