Tonight during TNA’s spring extravaganza, Rebellion former TNA World Champion Steve Maclin comes to the ring to announce he received a new contract from the company this morning.
Maclin would go on to demand and match leading to The Director of Authority Santino Marella come out. Marella would announced that he had just recently signed his opponent, the returning Mike Santana
Santana would go on to defeat Maclin in a thriller of a match.
Santana is a former 4 time TNA World Tag Team Champion and a former one time GFW Tag Team Champion with former friend Ortiz. They would later join AEW in 2019 but never saw the same success they had in TNA.
