We’ve made it, y’all — the final day of June is here, and WWE is crashing into the Steel City as Monday Night RAW rolls into the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for a loaded double taping with SmackDown. With a special start time of 6 PM EST, WWE is giving its Superstars and crew a well-earned early Fourth of July break — but not before delivering a blockbuster night of action and fallout from this past Saturday’s unforgettable Night of Champions premium live event.
In the blistering heat of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, two new royals ascended to their thrones. The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes conquered his past by defeating his former mentor and fellow Legacy alum, The Viper Randy Orton, to become King of the Ring — and now, all Rhodes lead to John Cena and the Undisputed WWE Championship at the biggest party of the summer. On the women’s side, the dominant Jade Cargill claimed her crown with power and poise, punching her ticket toward the WWE Women’s Championship. But standing in the shadows is her former friend and Big 3 partner, Naomi — the ever-dangerous Ms. Money in the Bank, circling champion Tiffany Stratton like a hawk, ready to strike at any moment.
Tonight, RAW shifts into overdrive as the road to SummerSlam begins to take shape. The New Day are set to defend the WWE World Tag Team Championships against the former champions Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh of The Judgment Day in a highly anticipated rematch that could once again reshape the tag team division. Who will leave Pittsburgh with the gold, and will this rivalry finally reach its breaking point?
Also looming large is the uncertain status of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles. After Liv Morgan suffered a shoulder injury two weeks ago, her partner Raquel Rodriguez has been seen carrying both championships solo. What decisions will RAW and SmackDown General Managers Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis make regarding the future of the gold?
And in a showdown years in the making, two former League of Nations members collide as Sheamus goes head-to-head with the recently returned Rusev. Since his surprise return following WrestleMania, Rusev has been bulldozing his way through lower-card talent — targeting the likes of Alpha Academy’s Otis and Akira Tozawa. But now, the Celtic Warrior has stepped up to defend their honor, and with pride and legacy on the line, this clash could reignite a forgotten fire in both men.
With SummerSlam approaching, Evolution rising on the horizon, and tensions from Night of Champions still burning — what will tonight’s RAW mean for the landscape of WWE going forward? How will it shape the path to Saturday Night’s Main Event on July 12 and the all-important Evolution the very next night?
Here is everything advertised for tonight’s show:

The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) vs The Judgement Day (Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh) (WWE World Tag Team Championship)
