Former WWE superstar Shotzi Blackheart, whose real name is Ashley Urbanski, shared an update on social media that her brother, Dean “Deano” Urbanski, has been found and is en route to a hospital for medical attention.
The announcement came on March 11, 2026, less than 24 hours after Blackheart initially alerted the public to her 51-year-old brother’s disappearance in the Fort Mason and Marina District area of San Francisco. In her post on X (formerly Twitter), Blackheart expressed profound gratitude to those who assisted in the search efforts.
“My brother has been found and is being taken to the hospital,” Blackheart wrote in the post. “We are incredibly grateful to everyone who shared the post, reached out, and helped spread the word. The support and kindness from so many people truly means the world to our family. Thank you all so much.”
Urbanski had been the subject of a search by U.S. Park Police after security footage captured him leaving the scene of a vehicle crash on foot on March 10, 2026. No further details on his condition or the circumstances of his recovery have been released at this time.
Blackheart, known for her time in WWE from 2019 to 2025, has remained active in professional wrestling since her departure from the company in May 2025. She competes regularly on the independent circuit and is currently signed to Major League Wrestling (MLW), where she holds the MLW Women’s Featherweight Championship, which she won from Shoko Nakajima in February 2026. Her next advertised appearance is at MLW’s Fusion TV taping on March 14, 2026, at Center Stage in Atlanta, where she is scheduled to appear. Blackheart received an outpouring of support from fans and fellow wrestlers in response to her update. Replies included messages of relief from personalities such as Taya Valkyrie, Dustin Rhodes, and Nattie Neidhart.
