This week’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown witnessed the fallout from this past weekend’s WrestleMania XL. Both nights of WrestleMania was headlined by The Bloodline, now former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins and current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Cody Rhodes.
The Bloodline won “The Biggest Tag Team Match of All Time” on Night 1 of WrestleMania with “The Final Boss” The Rock pinning Rhodes. It was on Night 2 when WWE officially entered a new era when Rhodes dethroned “The Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns.
On SmackDown this week we saw The Bloodline imploded as Solo Sioka seemingly took control in Roman’s absence and shockingly brought in former Bullet Club member and son of WWE Legend Haku, Tama Tonga to attack Jimmy Uso.
We would later see Kayla Braxton try to get a word with “The Wisman” Paul Heyman but was interrupted by Tama Tonga. He would explain that his orders were from The Tribal Chief.
Just like Heyman was confused so is the WWE Universe. Who is currently The Tribal Chief Solo or Roman?
The last time we saw any type of Bloodline Civil War was when The Usos tried to split from Roman Reigns leading to a massive tag team match at Money in the Bank last year in London, England. It was during that match that Jey Uso would become the first person to pin Reigns since Baron Corbin back in 2019.
The fallout from the tag match would see Jey unsuccessfully challenge Reigns for the title at Summerslam thanks to Jimmy turning on him and ultimately rejoining The Bloodline.

Coming out of this week’s SmackDown we are left with more questions than answers.
One thing is clear we are on the verge of a true Bloodline Civil War.
