Last night’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown served as the go-home show for tonight’s Saturday Night’s Main Event and came just two weeks ahead of the Money in the Bank premium live event in Los Angeles, California. The show featured the SmackDown in-ring debut of Giulia, who secured her spot in the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match, while LA Knight qualified on the men’s side.
Tensions flared between Solo Sikoa’s newest enforcer and “family” member JC Mateo and United States Champion Jacob Fatu, despite being tag team partners. The duo faced off against Jimmy Uso and Rey Fenix in a hard-fought tag team contest.
The night’s most shocking moment came during the WWE Tag Team Championship main event, when the eerie and enigmatic Wyatt Sicks made their explosive return. The faction interrupted the match, laying waste to everyone in sight before paying tribute to the late Bray Wyatt on what would have been his birthday, closing the show with a chilling reminder of their presence.
