WWE Monday Night RAW July 28th, 2025 Preview: Final Go-Home Show Before SummerSlam — CM Punk vs. Gunther Face-Off, Eight-Woman Tag Match, and Roman Reigns’ Showdown

Tonight, the road to SummerSlam thunders through Detroit one last time as WWE Monday Night RAW goes live from the Little Caesars Arena with its blockbuster go-home show ahead of this weekend’s two-night spectacular at MetLife Stadium. With the stakes sky-high and grudges boiling over, tonight’s RAW promises confrontations, chaos, and crucial final chapters as champions and challengers alike brace for battle. CM Punk and Gunther will share the ring one final time before colliding for the World Heavyweight Championship on Night One of SummerSlam, while Roman Reigns and Jey Uso aim to send a thunderous message to Paul Heyman’s new empire of destruction—Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed—before their explosive tag team war on Night One. The women’s division explodes early as well with an action-packed eight‑woman tag team match, as WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella teams with Stephanie Vaquer—the newly named number one contender to the WWE Women’s World Championship at Clash in Paris—alongside Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY to battle Naomi, the reigning WWE Women’s World Champion, and her teammates Chelsea Green, Piper Niven, and Alba Fyre. Later on Night Two, Naomi will defend her title against Ripley and SKY in a high-stakes triple threat, while Night One features a fiery clash between Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. With Judgment Day’s Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez set to defend the Women’s Tag Team Titles against Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss, and Sami Zayn seeking redemption in a high-stakes grudge match against the cerebral Karrion Kross, tonight’s RAW is a powder keg of momentum, final words, and last licks before SummerSlam sets the wrestling world ablaze.
