WWE Monday Night RAW heads to Milwaukee tonight with Money in the Bank less than two weeks away and several stories that have reached the point where another warning, promise or staredown will not be enough. The Bloodline will respond after 946 escalated a month-long war by abducting Solo Sikoa last week, while LA Knight addresses World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns ahead of their championship match in New Orleans. Oba Femi has a message for The Vision following his return, Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer will address her next challenger, Lola Vice battles fellow Money in the Bank entrant Roxanne Perez, and Big Cass faces Dragon Lee from the Fiserv Forum.

The Bloodline and 946 did not suddenly become enemies last week.
Royce Keys returned alongside Bronco Nima and Lucien Price in August and immediately made problems for The Usos, Solo Sikoa and LA Knight. One week later, the trio bloodied Jimmy and Jey Uso during a parking-lot attack.
Then they gave themselves a name.
946 introduced itself around a simple idea: this was not about family. It was about loyalty.
There could hardly be a more deliberate challenge to The Bloodline.
The Bloodline has spent years fighting over family, hierarchy, acknowledgment and who gets to lead. 946 has spent the past month exploiting those divisions while choosing when and where every escalation happens.
Three weeks ago, Jimmy, Jey and Jacob Fatu wanted a fight.
946 gave them a burning vehicle instead.
Last week, Solo finally tried to convince his family that the threat was bigger than their differences.
He waved the white flag and attempted to form a temporary alliance against Royce Keys, Bronco Nima and Lucien Price.
The reunion never happened.
Jimmy and Jey wanted Solo to acknowledge them as Captains and Roman Reigns as his Tribal Chief.
Solo refused.
Jacob warned that rejecting him was a mistake.
Hours later, 946 proved his point.
Solo was scheduled to face Dominik Mysterio and Dragon Lee in a Triple Threat Money in the Bank qualifier. He never made it to the match.
946 attacked him backstage, forced him into a vehicle and drove away before Jimmy, Jey and Jacob could stop them.
The group later released footage showing Solo restrained before leaving him at an undisclosed location.
Penta replaced Solo in the qualifier and punched his ticket to Money in the Bank.
Tonight, The Bloodline finally responds.
Another angry promo cannot be the entire answer.
946 has progressed from ambushes to bloodying The Usos, burning their vehicle and physically taking Solo out of RAW. The Bloodline has repeatedly been warned that its internal divisions are making the family vulnerable.
Now that warning has become the story.
LA Knight has been caught in the middle of that story while chasing something much bigger.
The World Heavyweight Championship.
Knight’s issues with Roman Reigns stretch back beyond Mexico City. His association with Solo put him directly in Roman’s path, while 946 has targeted Knight alongside the same people currently fighting over the future of The Bloodline.
Then Roman successfully defended the World Heavyweight Championship against Penta in Mexico City.
After RAW went off the air, Knight appeared.
He confronted Roman.
Then he dropped the champion with the BFT.
Their Money in the Bank championship match became official the following day.
Last week, Knight acknowledged the size of the challenge waiting for him in New Orleans. He gave Roman credit for being one of the defining champions of his generation before making it clear that none of that changes what he intends to do.
He plans to beat him.
Tonight, Knight addresses Roman again.
That creates a problem WWE needs to solve.
Knight has already challenged Roman.
He has already attacked Roman.
He has already acknowledged Roman’s résumé.
He has already promised to become World Heavyweight Champion.
Repeating the same points will not make their Money in the Bank match feel bigger.
Something needs to change.
Oba Femi has already reached that point with The Vision.
Oba defeated Bron Breakker by disqualification at Sunday Night’s Main Event after interference and the returning Bronson Reed left The Ruler destroyed with a steel chair and multiple Tsunamis.
The beating continued on RAW.
Then Oba disappeared.
Last week, he finally came back.
Je’Von Evans defeated Bron Breakker by disqualification after Austin Theory interfered, and The Vision immediately tried to overwhelm Evans.
Oba answered.
He tore through the group and helped Je’Von clear the ring, finally delivering the physical response The Vision had been waiting for.
Afterward, Oba dismissed the group as bullies without leadership, mission or direction.
Tonight, he sends another message.
The physical statement has already been made.
The verbal statement has already started.
Now the story needs a destination.
That becomes even more interesting because Bron Breakker and Je’Von Evans are already headed into the same Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
Je’Von wants the briefcase.
Oba wants The Vision.
Bron stands directly between those stories.
The Women’s World Championship picture needs similar clarity.
Stephanie Vaquer’s current reign began in Santiago, Chile, where she defeated Liv Morgan with Becky Lynch serving as special guest referee.
Liv has refused to accept how she lost the championship.
She has a reason.
Becky played a direct role in the finish.
Last week, Liv demanded another championship opportunity before Becky interrupted and made her own claim.
Stephanie eventually told both women she would speak with Adam Pearce about giving them championship matches.
Tonight, Stephanie is advertised to address her next challenger.
That wording matters.
Last week there were two women standing in front of her.
Tonight somebody needs to be next.
Whether Liv gets her rematch first, Becky moves to the front of the line or WWE finds another answer, the Women’s World Championship cannot remain stuck in the same argument indefinitely.
Lola Vice and Roxanne Perez do not have to wait until Money in the Bank to settle their problem.
Lola qualified for the women’s ladder match during her RAW in-ring debut in Mexico City.
One week later, Roxanne defeated IYO SKY and La Catalina to join her.
Then Roxanne interrupted Lola’s official RAW contract signing.
What was supposed to be Lola talking about reaching the main roster and the influence of her family became Roxanne dismissing her story and promising to teach RAW’s newest signing a lesson.
Lola responded physically.
Tonight, they wrestle.
It is more meaningful than a random singles match.
Lola and Roxanne are already guaranteed to meet again with the Money in the Bank briefcase hanging above them in New Orleans.
Tonight gives both women an opportunity to establish the hierarchy before they get there.
Big Cass and Dragon Lee are fighting for a different kind of momentum.
Both recently missed major opportunities.
Cass failed to qualify for Money in the Bank when Je’Von Evans defeated him and Austin Theory in Mexico City.
Dragon challenged Chad Gable for the Intercontinental Championship that same night and came up short.
Gable offered Dragon another championship match last week, but Ethan Page interrupted their conversation before anything could develop.
Then Dragon received another opportunity.
He entered the Money in the Bank qualifier against Dominik Mysterio and replacement entrant Penta after Solo was abducted.
Penta won.
Dragon is now coming off an Intercontinental Championship loss and a failed Money in the Bank qualifier.
Cass missed Money in the Bank too.
There is no reason to pretend tonight’s match has some elaborate personal rivalry behind it.
It does not need one.
Two men who have recently watched major opportunities disappear need a win.
One gets it tonight.
Money in the Bank itself is almost complete.
Friday’s SmackDown added CM Punk and Lash Legend to the respective ladder matches, leaving exactly one open position in each field.
Those final positions will be determined Friday on SmackDown.
That means there are no Money in the Bank qualifiers advertised for RAW tonight.
The qualification stage is nearly over.
Now WWE needs to make the people already heading to New Orleans feel like they are fighting toward something important.

Final Thoughts
WWE Monday Night RAW does not have an overwhelming match card tonight.
Pretending otherwise would miss what this episode is actually about.
RAW has already created the chaos.
Tonight needs consequences.
946 has spent more than a month attacking The Bloodline, escalated from bloodying The Usos to burning their vehicle and finally abducted Solo Sikoa. The Bloodline needs an actual response.
LA Knight has challenged Roman Reigns, dropped him with the BFT, acknowledged the difficulty of beating him and promised to take his World Heavyweight Championship.
That rivalry needs another layer.
Oba Femi has already returned and physically answered The Vision after weeks of attacks.
That fight needs a destination.
Stephanie Vaquer has Liv Morgan and Becky Lynch demanding her championship.
Someone needs to be next.
Lola Vice and Roxanne Perez are already heading into the same Money in the Bank Ladder Match and already dislike each other.
Tonight gives that rivalry a chance to become more than a contract-signing fight.
WWE does not need to manufacture more stories in Milwaukee.
It has enough.
The question is whether tonight finally moves them.
